Shipping
Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on UAE public holidays. Once the order has been shipped, it will take 1 day to be delivered within the UAE and 2-3 days to be delivered to the rest of the GCC countries. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders above 400 AED have free delivery.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unopened with its original packaging.
Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it or your legal right to return any faulty or misdescribed products. However, it needs to be done within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product can be returned at our Enso office or sent to us by courier within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Please contact us via email to arrange the return. We are not able to refund any postage charges. Returns and Exchanges are not valid for customized orders.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, the product will be refunded first and an invoice will be issued for the replacement product. At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
